We are currently seeking a Senior Image Processing Engineer in our Shanghai Office. In this role, you will work on researching, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art image processing and machine learning algorithms in computational photography in the deployment context of

power-efficient NPU/DSP hardware. You will develop end-to-end solutions including algorithm design, implementation, quality evaluation, performance optimization, and system deployment. You will work with researchers, software engineers, and hardware engineers to push the performance of embedded computer vision systems, build new features, and develop architectures for future products.

Required Qualifications:


  • MS/PhD in electrical engineering, computer science or related discipline


  • Strong academic background


  • Solid understanding of image processing and basic signal processing principles.


  • Hands-on experience in C++ programming and linux system programming


  • Fast Learner and self-motivated


Hands-on experience or can demonstrate rapid acquisition of one or more of the following areas:


  • Full ISP pipeline including but not limited to image sensor noise characterization, denoise, demosaicing, tone-mapping, electronic image stabilization, etc.

  • Machine learning algorithms development, particularly with deep neural networks and their applications on image and video processing.

  • Parallel / GPU programing including OpenCL and CUDA

  • Vectorized programming on platforms such as Qualcomm Hexagon DSP for power-efficient algorithm implementation.

  • C++ and Java programming for Android app development.
